Chairman

A principal of Van Metre Companies. Holds a degree in Business Administration and is a former business owner.

RICHARD RABIL

Vice Chairman, President & COO

With the Van Metre Companies for 20 years. Has a BS in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and is a CPA.

KENNETH RYAN

Group President of Finance & CFO

Responsible for financial operations. With Van Metre over 20 years, and is a CPA. Prior to Van Metre was an accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick.

W. BRAD GABLE, CPM

Group President of Investment Properties

In charge of all investment properties and president of Van Metre Management Co. With Van Metre since 1977. Past Pres. of AOBA of Washington DC Area.

LAURENCE BENSIGNOR

Trustee, Van Metre Family Trusts

Works with Al Van Metre to oversee all Van Metre holdings. Serves as a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers
