To whom it may concern: Several
months ago I was asked to participate in a survey after I moved into the
aforementioned address. I was critical of the general state of repair of my unit
and I was unhappy. I basically thought it was going to be another place where
they work hard to get you signed up and maintenance falls by the way side. I
could not have been more wrong. The Van Metre maintenance team, led by Richard
Lee, showed up and addressed every single issue within days! One issue even
required that they pull the carpet up in the master bedroom and re-secure the
floor to the frame to stop a major squeaking problem. Overall I am quite pleased
and I wanted to let you know. The Van Metre team has made a believer out of me
and I look forward to continuing my lease with the certainly that my voice has
been, and will be heard while I am here. Thanks again!
